Hoffman Estates, Illinois-based CDK Global, providing data and technology to the automotive, heavy truck, recreation, and heavy equipment industries, has announced a major reduction in force following the company's acquisition by Toronto, Ontario, Canada-based global alternative asset manager Brookfield Business Partners, together with institutional partners for a total enterprise value of $8.3 billion.
The layoffs will impact 230 employees.
