Stamford, Connecticut-based Charter Communications, a cable TV, internet, and telephone service provider, has announced the closure of its Spectrum Community Solutions center located in East Syracuse, New York, on October 27, 2023.
The closure will impact 273 employees. The center, which supported bulk and multi-unit business customers, will see its customer calls redirected to the company's other facilities.
According to a company spokesperson, "As part of our ongoing work to serve customers more efficiently, we will transition calls from our East Syracuse Spectrum Community Solutions center to other centers this fall.”
