Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based Comcast, a provider of cable and internet communications, has announced that it will be laying off 127 employees located at the company’s Livermore, California regional technician logistics center. According to a company spokesperson, “We are making some changes to our technical operations and supply chain processes. This includes consolidating some job functions and locations and also automating some processes so our technicians can best serve our customers. We will work with all impacted employees to evaluate their options, including helping them to find other positions within the company or providing outplacement assistance and severance.”

Change is coming. There will always be a tomorrow, no matter how much you may try to ignore it. There are no guarantees in life or promises for a bright future. Just because something bad hasn't happened yet, doesn't mean it won't. It can happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere. No one is guaranteed to wake up tomorrow and still have a job by evening. Are you now wondering, Am I Next?
