Pella, Iowa-based Pella Corp., a window and door manufacturer, has announced the closure of its 161,000-square-foot Reidsville, North Carolina, manufacturing facility.
The closure will impact 133 employees, with final layoffs scheduled for Jan. 31, 2027.
According to a company statement, “This decision follows a review of manufacturing capacity and expected market demand across Pella's network. The review showed that we have more manufacturing capacity than needed and that growth is expected to be stronger in other parts of the country."
