Austin, Texas-based Khoros, a software company that provides a platform for digital customer engagement, offering solutions for social media management, online communities, and digital customer service, utilizing artificial intelligence, has announced a post-merger reduction in force.
The personnel realignment will impact 116 employees after the company was acquired by Ignite Enterprise Software Solutions, a leader in Artificial Intelligence systems based in Austin, Texas. Layoffs will commence on August 19, 2025, and are expected to be completed by Aug. 29, 2025.
