In a letter to employees, Pearl Interactive has announced that it will permanently close its Winchester facility, as its contract to support the Contact Center Operations Program for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services was not renewed.
The loss of contract will impact 342 employees, with employment terminations expected to begin on or around September 10, 2025.
